Research Areas:
I am primarily focused in developing astronomical and science instrumentation for research applications. PhD in Turin – Italy, working in the characterization of the Gaia CCD, work in some way becomes part of the calibration of the satellite focal plane, through the study of signal processing, an the photometric and astrometric response of the device when CCDs face a hostile radiation enviroment, such as our space. On the other hand, I have experience using scintillator detectors; because during mi BSC thesis I studied in the laboratory of cosmic rays of Chacaltaya. (Bolivia) using a mono-cristal scintillator NaI studding the decay of the Radon Rn-222 under diverse atmospheric conditions such are the snow and water variation at high altitude. Finally I been working in collaboration with diverse italian research institutes in the CORA project, studding the Natural - Neutron radiation enviroment concentration, and the neutrino detection at hight altitude, work that has been evolve in the laboratory of high energies in Cervinia – Italy.
