Matías Montesinos
My research involve the physics of accretion disks associated to energetic phenomena. Includes the growth of supermassive black holes, the radiation transfer process, turbulence, star formation in the disk, proto-planetary disks, and tidal disruption events. I use large numerical simulations (hydrodynamical simulations) to understand the Universe.
